- After each therapy session our admin team will send out an invoice to be paid within 7 days or before the next appointment, whichever is sooner.

- If you’re NDIS Plan-Managed, your plan manager will be sent the invoice for payment.
Our therapists visit homes, schools and daycare centres. We also pride ourselves on keeping you updated on what was done in your child’s session & their progress if you’re not present in the session. It’s one of our key focuses here at Asset Therapy; a holistic approach.

All of our therapists are registered allied health professionals, continually expanding their growth through required professional development. All therapists have a minimum of 3 years experience, or are being supervised and coached by a senior therapist.
We charge by the hour at the standard NDIS rate. Should the NDIS rate be adjusted, our rate will automatically align with it. Our clients will be notified of any changes via email from our admin team.

The charge is apportioned between clients seen on the same day.
If you need to cancel within 24 hours of a scheduled appointment, our therapists will work with you on alternate options such as; rescheduling, creating resources during that time, doing a report or working with other health professionals involved with your child.
If none of the above are possible, a cancellation fee of 100% is applicable.
